Chris Flieger – Vice President, Strategic Accounts

Chris provides oversight, direction, and support on key strategic accounts at Eliza, drawing on over twenty years of experience in building technology services and customer support teams in healthcare.

Chris works closely with other Eliza teams - including Account Management, Business Development, and Marketing - to create standards, templates, analytics and frameworks that address specific customer needs. Chris brings a valuable combination of healthcare work experience - including, most recently, the role VP of Account Management at Eliza. His background also includes management roles for healthcare delivery systems, managed care organizations, and healthcare technology companies. Chris has built and managed customer support teams in such areas as disease management, HEDIS reporting, episode profiling, medical management and network performance, and predictive cost modeling.

Prior to joining Eliza, Chris directed corporate reporting and analytics at Private Healthcare Systems. Before PHCS, Chris held management and consulting positions at healthcare organizations such as W3Health, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, and The MEDSTAT Group.

Chris holds a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration from Providence College, and an MBA from Suffolk University - School of Management.
